Another movement challenge to try during the stay at home order. All you need is a stick. The objective is to start with the stick behind the knees and finish with it in front of the hips, but don't let the stick touch the ground!
This task can be made progressively harder by adding more rules, such as: no hands or arms touching the stick; and no grabbing the stick between the toes.
This challenge is a good example of how task, environment, and the individual can dictate what type of movement is "good" or "bad." There are many solutions to this so try finding your own before watching ours!
