Another movement challenge for you guys to try with your families. This one will put spine/hip mobility, as well as coordination to the test. All you need is a shoe.
Here's the idea: balance a shoe on the bottom of your foot while laying on your back. Roll to your stomach without dropping the shoe. Also try in reverse, by going front to back.
